I’m trying to call sky but no one will help

I am being over charged every month since I changed my subscription. My bill is over £160 every month now. I am fuming. I can't get hold of anyone at sky ever. My bill hasn't been paid as I don't want to keep over paying. I need help now.

@Envermarum  If your bill hasn't been paid and your services have been restricted Sky won't talk to you until the balance is paid and a new Direct Debit setup.  Stopping payment as you have means you have no route to speak to Sky as you found out to your cost.

 

As per @caesarome  your post has been escalated so you won't need to call them.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Envermarum  A sky advisor should reach out to you via email within the next 24/48 hours so keep checking your email regularly
