My names Annemarie Jarvis like to know how much my bill is plz say 000

@Anne+Marie+jarvis If you have a continuous payment method setup and the total due is saying zero then you have nothing to pay as it's already been taken or in the process of being taken
above the total due line there should be a payment received -£xxx
is this showing?

If you pay by direct debit @Anne+Marie+jarvis then there is no need to make a payment if that was what you were thinking of doing as your bank will release the funds to Sky on the payment date. If it is saying £0.00 and says Payment Received" then this bill has been paid.
