I moved address in January and closed my broadband account with sky. They continued to wrongly charge me. For the past 3 months I have spoken to 4 different customer service operatives that have promised the refund of almost £100 will be put back in to my account within 3-5 days. The last operative also said she will issue £30 compensation. I still haven't received a penny. Can someone advise me where to go with this. Be it the ombudsman or reporting it as theft ?

Raising a formal complaint would probably be your next step.
