Double charges

I have recently upgraded my account to include internet as I was offered a good tv/internet package however I was told I would not get any one off charges as I have been a sly customer for a while I would just have to pay the new price for the deal every month. As this is the first month of internet I have noticed I'm being charged

internet activation fee

offer eligibility fee

and hardware delivery fee coming to a total of £29.95 not only have I to pay that once they've charged me all them twice so £59.90 in total

I've been told twice on the phone I won't be charged these however it's still on my bill? Anyone have the same problems ?

If you were explicitly told that there would be no additional charges, you could ask Sky to listen to the call recording.  The broadband activation charge is a standard condition of providing the service, so I'm not sure that it can be considered 'additional'.
