Parental Controls.

Tried several times to switch Parental Controls off. Every time I receive a response to correct credit card number, which is absurd. Please help me to address this issue.

I also received several communications about the cancellation of my account. This is incorrect. I have no plans to cancel my account.

If you have a Sky Mobile contract as you have a phone or tablet on your account that you are paying for each month @Xoane then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number as they should be able to do this. This is because only someone aged 18 and over can have a credit agreement with Sky.
