As far as I am aware Openreaches infrastructure uses Annex A physical connection but syncs over an Annex B connection. Therefore when looking for hardware on VDSL connections it needs to be Annex A.
E.g. My Openreach Huawei EchoLife modem is Annex A connection but currently showing a connection status of Annex B.

Dhcp option, then option 60 and option 61 both blank. Also iaid/duid box unchecked.

Leave option 60 blank , don't click the uuid bit
Client identifier option 61 fill out :-
12 character asus mac address|last 6 characters of the same mac
In the format
12345678abcd@skydsl|78abcd

That is the format. Best using the actual asus mac as it will be unique to you. You should find it on the back of the asus router
