New sky Q hub and wifi is not working

I've received the sky hub, and I've followed all the instructions to connect it however the internet is still not working and I've tried everything. What do I do ???

@Chiara334  Is this a replacement hub? are you a new broadband customer?  This info would be useful before a reply can be provided.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Chiara334The box will have had an activation date on the outside box, has this passed?

Your master socket is one from Hyperoptic.
That is not an openreach line or master socket.

I may be wrong, but thought that a Hyperoptic master socket will only work with Hyperoptic broadband and usually has an associated Hyperoptic specific router.
As part of your Sky Broadband, have they said that openreach will install a new openreach line and master socket to your property.
