I've received the sky hub, and I've followed all the instructions to connect it however the internet is still not working and I've tried everything. What do I do ???

That is not an openreach line or master socket.
I may be wrong, but thought that a Hyperoptic master socket will only work with Hyperoptic broadband and usually has an associated Hyperoptic specific router.
As part of your Sky Broadband, have they said that openreach will install a new openreach line and master socket to your property.
