Peacock items not downloading

Yep, I am having the same issue and am on BT broadband. Trying to download Heroes and it only works sporadically

Does anyone know of a solution to this? I can't download anything from peacock anymore unless it's SD.

Last week it was working fine but now just says download failed. Is a fix being worked on?

Would anyone having trouble downloading from Peacock be with BT? Sky is having trouble with BT.

Yes I am with BT but wasn't aware of issues. My internet connection etc is fine.

Have a read of the following thread. It will let you know about the BT issue and there are some questions being asked by Sky to try to help fix this. So read the entire thread.

I've been trying to download The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills tried loads of times and just get failed downloads not available. Even though In my recordings it say's ready to watch.

Keep an eye out for an invite/ blue chat bubble. When the bubble appears you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox.

We're now into March and still having the same issue.

im a BT internet customer too and having exactly the same issues as above and none of the work around seem to work.

I tried to download episode of Columbia on SD says I have to upgrade, I have sky broadband and no issues aware of. What is point of peacock of I can't download

If you haven't done this please try changing the default download preference to SD in

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

and then try re-downloading - I think a few people have managed to download content this way
