Good afternoon 

I have paid £31 towards my Sky bill , I owe £41 but I cannot pay the other £31 until the 22nd of June 

also there is a £10 charge for having my Q box fitted but it has not been fitted as there was an issue

i need to rebook but will do after my bill is cleared 

can somebody please get back to me

@Kimmie41  If your services are restricted then you need to pay full amount and setup a new continuous payment method before services are 

 

no one will contact you directly as this is a customer helps customer forum only with no account access so you would need to phone sky yourself 

 

if you are restricted try calling from a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number 

 

if you are not yet restricted I would call sky asap before you are
