Sky boxes
Good afternoon,
I am due to return my sky boxes but my ex partner is refusing to do this. I am aware the the funeral will go out tomorrow but I am unable to get to the boxes.
is there any advice on what i can do next?

Re: Sky boxes
@Beth280197 If they are Sky Q boxes then your partner needs to allow you to return them, as there is a non return fee applied, and you would still need to return them even after this, best option is to call Sky & speak to them to see what they can advise.

Re: Sky boxes
I assume the Sky account is in your name, which, unfortunately means you're responsible for returning the kit and will be charged for not doing so. I can only suggest you speak to Sky and explain your predicament,

Re: Sky boxes
@Beth280197 Can you get a family member or friend to collect the equipment on your behalf? Ring Sky anyway and give the required notice to terminate and after that the box is of no use to your ex.
