Payment troubles

I have been with Sky for 5 years, I have always been a loyal customer. This month I am struggling financially to losing my job due to my mental health. I have already been cut off, I cannot make a payment in full. I don't leave my house much, so having no tv is starting to take affect on me 😞

@Ashleigh  unfortunately sky won't restore service until either full payment or all bar £25 (depending on payment history) and new continuous payment method setup I'm afraid

Unfortunately that is how Sky works, had you called prior to being cut off then Sky may have been able to do something.  As services are now restricted Sky do require payment in full & a new Direct Debit setup before they will reconnect you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hopefully you will be able to get this sorted out. Perhaps going forward, maybe consider just keeping the Broadband, and maybe look at NowTV?

Which at a lower cost will allow you to dip in and out rather than an ongoing subscription. Good luck.
