Bill extremely high
Heya,
Ive been noticing over the last few months that my bills have been varying.
I subscribed to sky cinema when it was on a deal and I was never made aware that it went to full price.
I just cannot afford 125 euro when my original bill was around 110. Even less before i subscrived to HD.
I cannot get in contasct often as I work full time, so I dont know what to do.
Is there any way in getting any compensation over the last few months or something?
Im so lost.
Thanks

Hi @LaoisBoy18 The best way to see if you can reduce the cost of your bill is to get in touch with Sky either by over the telephone or by a messaging service. This is a customer to customer public forum with no access to any personal information, so all I can offer is the contact details for Sky for you. Best of luck. Sky Help | Sky.com (At the bottom of that page is the telephone number, look for the "Need more help") select that and it will show the telephone number you need to call. Remember to change the flag to ROI in the bottom right hand corner of the page to see the correct telephone number.

@LaoisBoy18 You definitely won't get any compensation I'm afraid. Discounted deals are temporary. It's best to make a note of the end date so you don't get caught out again. You need to look through your package and decide which parts you can do without then ring Sky as advised above. Any negotiations on a new deal will involve signing up for a new minimum term deal.
