Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my account for weeks as payment has doubled but can't get through to anyone

What's happening in when you call? The alternative contact option for ROI customers, available via the 'still need a hand' button here is to write to Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/cancelling/cancel-my-subscrip...

 

If you're the UK, change the flag in the bottom right hand corner first, for other contact options.
