Parts of Subscription not working

subscribed to the extras kids etc but saying Im not when trying to watch! I call sky it asks for my password etc then just disconnects!

@Pluckyloner I think Sky are having issues with their phones. A couple of other people have reported similar problems when ringing today.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
