							Pairing a second puck.

I have successfully paired puck number one however the second puck is being difficult.
I go through the same procedure, it boots to SKY then loses signal with the TV.
I followed the 1 minute unplugged and 20 second reset, with the ethernet attached - and nothing other than a red/amber flashing light on the puck.
Two two days in and I am already losing my patience with SKY Glass.
SKY Q was glitchy to begin with but this is another level of frustration.
From SKY Q with two extra boxes all setup and working perfectly, add in another £50 - and I have puck that is less use than a coffee cup mat.
Can anyone help?

If it's losing signal with the TV have you tired a different HDMI cable?

I have the error message to press 4 & 6 together (which of course doesn't work) appears when the Puck is found by the TV.
