Item not delivered.

Sky Glass was due to be delivered yesterday,  Monday. Through MySky app was given a 2 hour slot - 11.39 (?) to 1.39. Prepared site ready for installation. Nothing came. Left it a couple of hours,  still no delivery.  Checked tracking app which said it had been delivered at 13.39!!! NO.  Managed to have a 'chat' with 'Jessica'  presumably at Panther. System had been delivered to a 'third party' for delivery in 3 to 5 days!!!. Tracker still shows as having been delivered to my home!

Wow. It was delivered about an hour ago by a local courier A M Transport from Campbeltown! Well done them! Unfortunately they were in no position to unpack it and remove the packaging. As the English bard said - All's well that ends well. I think that Panther leave a lot to be desired regarding their contact with and updating of the customers.

You'll need to call Sky to find out what has happended.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This doesn't sound right I have escalated it for you hopefully someone will be in touch via the forum.

@gomlet99 , it's quite common in more remote areas like where I live for Panther to sub-contract delivery to a third party.  My guess is that's what has happened here. Panther should be able to tell you who they have sub-contracted the delivery to.
