We had an Openreach engineer attend yesterday to install ultra fast broadband. He has installed it and it has been activated. However the order shows as "engineer visit still in progress" and is therefore not fully complete. Is this something that will resolve itself or does sky need to do something at their end?

Probably openreach hasn't updated the work to sky servers

Re: Order still in progress after activation
Are you ultrafast via g.fast mastersocket or seperate ont modem ? Does everything seem to be working as expected. ? Did openreach not give you any indication of additional work required ?

Re: Order still in progress after activation
Would not worry about it, if everything is working as it should do then all is good. The Openreach engineer must have not set the job as complete.
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Order still in progress after activation
Thanks for the reply. We have an Openreach ONT fitted. All working (awaiting steady download speeds in next 10 days). Engineer didn't indicate any other work to complete.

@Sam017372 see my reply to your other post. You can assume that issues like this are resolved if there have been no posts in a few weeks. If you want to contact a poster finger them by typing @ and selecting their handle from the drop down otherwise its luck if they see your post.
