WiFi issue

the WiFi is being very slow and bad, all the light are green however the internet is just too slow

What is your guaranteed minimum speed ?

 

With a previous stated speed of 60Mbps then 9Mbps should be below however your line attenuation would appear to make that unattainable.

 

Can you run tests from your my sky app and post the details in more about your connection

Thanks for getting back to me. My guarantee is 59 MPS and I was pretty much getting that for about a year. I have an engineer visiting next week, they claim they can't find a fault with the line.  Here are the details for my address. Many thanks again. 87E14972-C47B-4249-AF4C-411A1560C583.png
