Broadband activation

My broadband,talk and TV activation was scheduled for 3/08/2021. Morning Tv technicians has finished his work and it was ok.    Later broadband Technician(openreach) has come and setup everything.  Technician told some issue with line and you ll get internet in 20min and he left.   After that no information, no internet.  Asked sky and they told no information from openreach. Anyone experienced the same issue ?

@Sam017372 to answer your question probably a fair few. What is happening now in terms of your router, what lights are showing ? What package is it ? Is your phine line working ?

Now the openreach modem showing 2 green and red light, sky router showing 2 green.  I can see the order status has changed by sky and openreach service status.

@Sam017372 the line may have come up overnight.

 

Sky have to wait for the engineer to report to his control and for them to update the system which tells Sky that the connection is made. If the connection is not working this morning call Sky again when their lines open.
