Order a new router when recontracting

I moved out of my old flat a couple of months ago to stay with family. Back then, I cancelled my Sky Broadband and thought I packed my router with me.

Yesterday I moved into my new flat, where I have recotracted Sky Broadband and had organised for the Internet to be ready for me to come in and plug in the router.

Apparently though on the move, I lost my router and when recontracting I had not ordered a new one.

How can I order one now?

@MhairiF  You'll need to call Sky, please be aware if it was the Sky Q hub then you will be liable for any replacement costs a those routers are only loaned to customers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@MhairiF

You'll need to phone and request one, and will probably have to pay some combination of an administrative fee, a delivery fee and a non-return fee for the one that has been lost.
