Please make sure you fixed my Internet speeds and fixed my Internet is slways buffering evryday and does work very well very slow connection evryday ok pass it on to openreach and also sky. com customer service. okay

I presume your using wifi only, and this is likely to be your issue, not the broadband connection. If you post your router stats

We are customers, i assume you haven't notified sky to give them a chance to fix the issue. The general concensus would be notify sky and then OFCOM if not fixed in a reasonable timeframe.

Run the connection test in the MySky app and see if it reports any issues first. If this comes back ok then you will have to try a couple of things with the WiFi.
Oh, and please don't even think about wasting police time with such a trivial matter...they're an emergency service not someone you call for a broadband issue.

Also as You don't know who I am where will yo send them.
