Keep an eye out for an invite/ blue chat bubble. When the bubble appears you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox.

I am also having this problem. I am not a new customer, but I was re-activated yesterday after being suspended for a week.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I am also having the same issue of not being able to watch the on demand programmes but I have Sky signature

Sky Signature gives you access to on demand content in SD only so can you access this ?
