Offers on Account

Hi I decided to leave sky however just after the 30 days notice I decided to come back so I rang up and sorted this etc, I had previously had 2 offers on my account adding up to £10 discount a month which they said can be re instated but weren't, I spoke to CS today and they said they had been put back on but they are still not showing on my account build or future bills

@Littlesugg You may or may not be aware but you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. Sky won’t contact you as a result of your post on here unless your post is escalated to them.

If you only contacted Sky today it'll take a little while for your online bills to update.

@Littlesugg  As @Daniel0210 says you'll have to give it a few days for billing to catch up
