Without any information, it's impossible to advise you.
Is someone pretending they're Sky and attempting to charge you, or are you complaining about the amount of money you're spending on sky products?

sky won't stop charging me for multi room,
sent it back months ago,
have spoke to them 6 times over the last year about it,
3 or 4 customer services personnel each call,
duration of which are all 1 to 1 hour 45,
yet still they charge

@123monkey Did Sky acknowledge receipt of the returned loaned equipment? Have you still got proof of posting? What did Sky say the last time you rang them?
