Non return charge

I was charged £50 for non return equipment, as I forgot due to not being very well, if I return it this week will I get my money back?

Spoke with @Sampeach and requested refund to be with customer in 3-5 working days

@Sampeach  Yes when you post it make sure you get and keep indefinitely proof of postage after two weeks post back on this thread and we can alert sky for you
