No signal

We are not receiving a satellite signal. I know it has been snowing, but we have not had a signal for a least 7 hours now. Must be more than weather conditions.

we have restarted the box, and we can only get recordings, no live tv.

Have you had a lot of snow? Snow settling on the arm of the dish can block the signal.
