Just wondering if anyone can help me i have the channel alibi as part of my package already so why when i try to watch something i have downloaded of the channel why does it ask me to upgrade my subrcription when like i say its already part of my package any help would be great thanks.

It will be because either you're downloading in HD and don't have the HD pack as part of your package (the Signature package includes access to box sets in SD only), or you're downloading from box sets and your subscription doesn't include access to box sets.
