Hi just signed up to sky and downloaded and can't view anything at all error 4090 keeps appearing

Make sure your Sky account is linked to your Sky ID, to do this see if you can access this link to view your online Sky bills:
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/
You might then be asked to link it to your ID and you will need your Sky account number or your viewing card number to be able to do this.
