Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
This issue is not resolved at my end. I'm sure many others, aren't enjoying the resolution a few have had.
Come on Sky pull ya finger out.
I can understand you prioritise the premium channels but every one pays for this service.
Quite a few still have no access to live TV.

@anthony1230 Stream puck won't play any tv channels - message saying 'Please wait for your programme to load'. Can play iPlayer, Netflix etc. Sky Glass now seems to be working ok following issues earlier today. Only had since Friday, not impressed

@Sue33 Try unplugging the puck for one minute and plug back in.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
@GD1 Thanks for replying. I have unplugged puck three or four times already. I have also restarted WiFi hub, disconnected WiFi on the puck and reconnected, I have restarted and unplugged Glass. Is there anything else I can try / restart?

We havent been able to watch sky live stream since this morning. Checked and there was a issue in the area but still unable to watch. It says "waiting for programme to load".

@James209 Have you tried rebooting your Glass TV/stream puck?

The issue has not been fixed. We're having to turn the TV off at the mains every 20 minutes.

Re: Program loading
I am having the same issues, SW London, at nearly 5pm. I've just turned off my Glass at the plug (Dear god, it's ridiculous we have to do this for as much as it is costing us all) so not sure what update version I am on, but this shouldn't be happening?
I've had this for 10 months now, so too late to send it back and I've been a Sky customer for nearly 20 years. They used to be much better at their service than they have become lately.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
Been happening for weeks for me, new puck arrived yesterday and hasn't resolved the issue. Been told I can't cancel contract. Absolute disgrace not fit for purpose

Also had to power off at the mains twice since the issues 'resolved' earlier. Still awaiting this update...
