New to sky so can’t link an account number

I'm new to sky so I have a sky ID but it's asking me to link with a sky account number which I don't have as I've not had any bills or been able to order my phone yet.  How do I access this information?

@CharlotteWilsh  you should have placed an order before creating a sky id, as you don't need to be logged in to place an order 

 

you won't have an account number until you place an order
