New Q Install box keeps switching off

New install 24hrs upgraded from Sky+ to Sky Q now the new Q box will just log off and not respond to controller.  Having to power off and unplug from mains to get box to work / connect to TV happend half a dozen time since engineer fitted new dias, Q box and new Hub.

it is not TV as I can access internet on TV log into Prime no trouble seems the new box is afulty.

I suggest you phone Sky & ask them to send an engineer out

I am just another Sky customer!
