Hi @Wharton1986
See Netflix on Sky Help
- For Sky Q: You can remove your Ultimate TV Add On at any time, with a 31-day notice period. If you take the Sky Ultimate TV bundle with a 12/18-month contract, you’ll be subject to early termination charges if you cancel before your contract is up.
- For Sky Glass: As Netflix is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV pack, you can’t remove Netflix from your Sky TV package. To cancel Netflix with Sky, you’d need to cancel your whole TV package.
- If you linked an existing Netflix account to your Sky Ultimate TV and have a previous valid method of payment (credit, debit card or gift credit) on file with Netflix, your service will not be disrupted and Netflix will start charging you again once your Ultimate TV subscription ends.
- If you didn’t have an existing Netflix account before taking the Sky Ultimate TV, or if Netflix no longer have a valid method of payment on file, your Netflix account will go on Hold. To continue using Netflix, visit www.netflix.com/account to add a new method of payment.
