Installed dish and wired incorrectly in 2017 and only rectified in 2022

Hi, 

 

I seem to be having a really odd situation with sky. Been a sky account member personally for 9 years but Iv had sky for last 23 years. 

I moved into a new home with my young family in 2016 and had sky Q installed in 2017. Not sure what happened but we had issues with sky for a long time and after 10+ engineer visits and 6 box replacements (3 within 2 months) I have been trying to resolve and get some form of compensation from sky inregards to a intimittant service over the last 2 years. They refuse this and can not put me through to anyone who can deal with this. 

I recently spoke with a Ricardo at Stockport centre. This is the worst sky employee I have spoken to in my whole time with sky. I was trying to solve a more recent issue where a member or the retention team made adjustments to my account without my permission which I feel is a serious offence but this Ricardo wouldn't not want to talk about that and only point out the fact I have a multi screen box which I am not paying for which was agreed by sky in numerous conversations because of the issues and the fact sky engineers could not get a clear signal to my mini box from my router or main box which will now require me to hard wire mini box to the router but involves running wires all through my house. Sky were not prepared to do this and said I would need to get this done privately so that why they were not charging. 

ricardo has no consideration and should not be working in a customer service roll. He was patronising and insulting to me and my family. Saying all the issues we have had over the years was not his issue only the fact Iv been getting a free service which I should not of been getting. 

does anyone know how to make a formal compaint against this particular emaploee not contacting me as he keeps trying to call me and pester me and I have requested I do not want to speak to him because I can't trust what he says and he has already said the previous 10-20 telephone employees I have spoken to before are all wrong. It's all on recorded call and I have asked for a subject access request which he pushed aside and probably did not process. I do not wish to speak to this rude member of staff and am not happy of his attitude and work practice. 

Any advise or help would be appreciated.
