Hi, I'm looking for help, I am paying for Netflix ultimate tv add on yet on my actual Netflix account it's only the basic plan, what can I do to fix this as I don't do well on the phone. I only realised last night when I was watching Netflix and my son was trying to watch Netflix in his room but it wouldn't work.

When you subscribe to Netflix via SKY then the 'level' depends on other SKY add on packs :
Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard - which is what you have
Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the SKY HD pack
Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the SKY Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
The add ons of course apply to SKY content as well as opening up Netflix levels
