I went to pay my bill and it's say it came out on the 29 October?? I'm really confused by this and just want to pay this months haha help anyone?

Do you not have a direct debit setup? Have you services been restricted?

I do, I set it up for the 10th of each much but always pay it early - it's just easier when I get paid and no everything is working and fine.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mary92x If you want to pay it earlier you have make sure the full amount of bill is showing as credit on your sky account 4 days before payment due date in order to avoid an automatic payment being taken

It doesn't show its shows as 00.00 to be paid - if I did pay it would go on as credit but I can't afford to have the payment taken twice. It says payment received 29 October.

If it's showing as £0:00 then you don't owe anything as Sky have already requested full payment and it'll leave your bank account on 29th November which is this coming Monday as payment request would have been sent to bank on Wednesday 24th November

your next bill for 10th December-9th January should of been posted yesterday or at the very latest by end of today
