Moving house with Sky Q

Hi

we may be moving house at the beginning of December. 

can we just move our sky q and broadband?
We are awaiting to find out if the property has a sky dish and if it does if it is the right one? How do we find out? if we cannot look at it.

You need to move Home with Q through Sky

Broadband doesn't follow the Hub to your new location: a Sky internet service needs to specifically ordered for the address and connected by Openreach.  For Sky television, an installer will modify the dish if required. As @oldfella indicates, the Sky Home Move service is the way to book both, which happen separately.

Usually by moving house. 

Why do you need to change your address on your Sky account? Have you moved house? Did Sky not move your Sky to the new house via the Home Move service?
