I can't record on demand I can't do either as or hd
I need a reliable number to get to speak to an actual person please

Hi @Emmappppppp Try downloading in SD as you may not have the HD add on subscription?

I have tried sd
ive rebooted box and internet I've tried to upgrade
I've rang sky 10 times today alone it's very frustrating

If you are getting that problem then unfortunately yopu probably do need to get them to update the systems/ refresh your card etc.
I believe the customer service should be back on calls.

Hi I'm not a new customer and advisor already sent settings but still nothing he told me to wait 24 hrs which I did and it's still won't work
