Monthly cost

Hi.  I'm surprised to see my bill at £123/month.  Usual story that if I were a new customer I'd pay less (£97/month).  Please can someone advise how to match this or do you only get "rewarded" for loyalty when you threaten to cancel?  Thanks

@AbiBriggs As advised by @SDR you need to call Sky. You have probably started paying the full price because a discounted deal has now elapsed. You would have been told the duration of this deal when it was originally set up. Once you’ve done this make a note of its end date.
