Trying to change bank details on broadband account

Trying to change bank account details but won't accept my postcode when trying to sign in to sky id also when I go to bill payments for 24hours now it has been loading

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Try closing all Sky.com websites and then clearing your browser cache. Or try using your browser's incognito/privacy mode.
