Dear Sir /Madam. The problem is the cable from my dish to the reciever is routed from the dish via the guttering, as it dissapears around the corner is is now drooping down, apat from beeing unsightly I am worried that it will be come damaged or unconnected.. Could you put this post through to the correct department please. Kind Regards Brian Emery.

I think you'd be better off arranging for a local aerial company to do this for you, probably a lot quicker than Sky and may be cheaper. Remember that you own the dish and associated cables, so they are your responsibility

@B+Emery You're not talking directly to Sky and nothing wil happen on the back of your post. If you have an issue wth the cable from your dish you need to call Sky, there may be a charge for an engineer.
