Re: Live TV: There's a technical fault with the channel/Please wait for the programme to load

In addition to black screen and technical fault with channel, tv is now saying no internet connection. But my phone is connected and my work laptop- internet is working, all in same room, so what is going on with Sky Stream? Gone off multiple times this evening but internet on other devices.

@Citrax Hahahahha I'm not even an Arsenal fan but this is gold - watching on my phone because 55inch TVs are not fit for purpose  so a small screen is the way forward lol

Re: Please wait for your programme to load

Hi All, I've had Stream now for two weeks and it is simply not fit for purpose. Constant blue screens, getting stuck and repeating short bursts, or asking to wait whilst it loads. My set up is hugely over the minimum bandwidth and speed, and is connected via Ethernet into a TP Link that has Sky prioritised. It he products been rushed to market and doesn't work. Simple as that. I'm fortunate I am within the cancellation period.

Re: Sky stream live tv stops working requires reboot

Send it back quick, it only gets worse and sky do nothing to fix it. Send back now while you can.
