Firstly, can I offer our sincere apologies for this problem.
It's not been the easiest to fix, however we have good news. We will be releasing an update to the software over night (QS017.005.02P).
EDIT: This particular problem was for fixing the issue on Sky Pucks. We are aware of an issue with Sky Glass TV's having this error and if you have this problem, you can click here to be kept up to date with the fix for Sky Glass TV's.

Hope so! Still 00p here and no rebooting and waiting would get anything newer. Issue is driving me to cancel Sky! I never thought I would say that Virgin Media Stream works and VMs equivalent of Sky Go is vastly superior as ghe Sky Go app is terrible. Really didn't expect this of Sky considering its several times more expensive than VMs offering, even if more channels........Hurry up with 02p if it fixes the issues please 🙂

Yes it will automatically update, just a matter of waiting as you can't force it.
