Hi @Staceymay88

We haven't seen this particular problem on any glass tv's, therefore the issue you have is likely something different. If you haven't already, if you could create your own post and one of our Superusers or fellow community members can help troubleshoot the issue with you.

Thanks

@KevNewMedia Didn't need to, seems the Sky Puck sorted it self out after about an hour!

Another odd thing happened last night. BBC Iplayer disappeared! I went to watch from start on BBC1 and was told this could not be done. I looked at the App rail and BBc Iplayer wasn't there. This morning it was back but I had to sign back in as if it was the first time I had used it. I know you can refresh Apps so maybe should have done that. Just a bit odd that it vanished for the night.

All the apps are hosted on a server not on your puck or Glass TV so it must have been a server issue. Perhaps they were updating iPlayer at the time you were trying to access it and it was therefore temporarily missing.

Sky Glass & Puck - TV Guide major SW Bug

I've had Sky Glass and Puck for about 5 months now with a few issues but these have become more regular and significant in the last month. On both Sky Glass and Puck I'm now getting 5-6 issues a day on both Galss and Puck. These include, "There is a technical fault" message, regular screen freezes, "no WiFi" message on Glass  (even though I have a 500Mbps Ethernet connection).

For info I have a 500 full Fibre Broadband from Vodafone, with a powerline ethernet connection to Sky Glass and Wifi connection to the puck. Sky Glass Netflix help shows 85Mbps ethernet and for the puck it shows 285Mbps WiFi.

I spoke to Sky Tech support a couple of times and they confirmed that my Broadband was fine but this was due to a new "Code Red" software bug related to the Sky Glass and Puck "TV Guide" software component that was causing major issues for lots of customers. This was being looked at urgenty by Sky and a new software release and bug fix would be issues soon.

Does anyone know anything more about this and what the likely  timescales are?

It's getting to the point that both Sky Glass and Puck are unusable with haveing to do reboots every 1/2 hour or so.

(For info I switch from Sky Fibre 150 Broadband to Vodafone full fibre 500 in the hope that this might help but apart from a big improvement in picture quality it hasn't helped much)

Sky glass "sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available

Hi guys, I hope some one can help before I pull this TV off the wall 🙄 Nothing in my playlist will play. Shows sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available Now its spread to the recommended shows banner now too I've turned it off at the wall, reset the router but still nothing. I can get programmes if I go into the specific provider (like sky crime etc) It's also having a mare with MOTO GP, BSB OR World Super Bikes says its set to the planner but won't record any of the main races😔 Seem to be paying an extortionate amount for BT sports but I may aswell just burn the cash Thanks in advance
