Why has my internet speed on superfast broadband gone from 79 for months down to 29 all last week and drops in and out

@BOBBYBOYO sounds like a line fault.
Run the connection test in the My Sky app which should offer an opportunity to book an engineer to check the line. If it doesnt give Sky a call - calls on your landline to 150 are free if thst is working.

With a speed drop like that and drop outs, really looks like a local fault on the line.
As mentioned above, run the test in your online sky account and MySky app.

Hi. Thanks for replying. I'll contact sky because the same thing happened some months ago when a company were working in the road, down the street from me, they sent an engineer then. Regards Bobbyboyo
