Complaint - awaiting refund

My broadband contract ended mid July after giving you 4 weeks notice. I was in credit on my account at the time and you took a further month's payment out of my account 10 days later. I called you at the end of July for a refund and I was told that you would process a faster payment within 5 days. I've still received nothing.

 

I raised a complaint - still received no acknowledgment. I raised my issue on social media, response was ring us. I've spent 20 mins trying to find a number and keep going round in circles with a virtual/automated response system.

 

Please refund my money today and confirm what your complaints department is doing regarding my issue.

@DazzoW You are not talking to Sky on here, we are all customers like yourself, as it's an open public forum. 


Only Sky can tell you what is going on, and there's clearly some sort of account error, so you'll have to persevere on the phone 📞
