Hi
I have just had 2 sky Q mini boxes installed and are having problems with my Internet dropping through the night, my TV's upstairs won't work, I'm using 4g on my phone, my security cameras are not working and my house alarm is affected. I didn't have this problem before the mini boxes, I have checked the settings and changed all the boxes to normal from eco mode but still happens,
Can anyone offer any help?

Hi yes sorry set to none, I have just checked and I can't have confirmed on one of the boxes, maybe it's that that's still causing the problem, I'll check tonight.
Thank you

Re: Internet dropping through the night
Do you mean you changed them from Eco to. None (rather than Normal)? And when you did so on every box, did you definitely press Confirm to ensure they stayed changed?
