I have just added the UHD extension, which includes Netflix, to my sky package and am now trying to access Netflix with no success.
I don't have a Netflix account and trying to activate Netflix on the Sky box takes me to a screen that offers Netflix for £5pm. I have looked on the Netflix site and can find no Sky link. Am I missing something?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MrGrumpySnr I don't know that link but usually adding UHD just upgrades the Netfix subscription rather than Include it to get Netflix you need the "ultimate on demand pack" as well.

'Ultimate TV' includes Netflix, 'UHD' does not. Which have you added?

However, if you have the Ultimate TV add on (which is NetFlix) then it upgrades to premium level (4 concurrent screens).

Thanks for the swift replies, yes I have the Ultimate add on. In the my package section of my account I had several upgrades available one of which was to enable the UHD package which included Netflix Premium.

I have Sky Signature, Sky Ultra HD, Sky HD and Sky Kids. I don't have Films or Sports.

You'll need to be more specific to what your issue is as the OP didn't have NetFlix add on which is why there wasn't NetFlix.
