Internet disconnects multiple times

Mt Internet is disconnecting more than 6 times a day and speeds have dropped to 41mbs there has been no environmental changes. It is very inconvenient to have an unstable connection.  What causes it? No known issues in the area

I cannot access it they way the instructions say. No log in works.

@DanielleT Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
