Our sky q box has issues with Netflix not connecting or the box freezing. We reset the box using the 001 menu and restored the apps. But now the sky q box just will not connect to the sky broadband router. I have reset the connection several times. When it finally does connect, it is very intermittent. It's almost as if somebody using their mobile phone on the WiFi can knock the sky q box off. I have just run another 001 reset, but am now stuck because it will still not connect to the internet.
It's a brand new sky broadband router.

I have had very similar issues. The w box repeatedly is dropping connection to the booster box. It's happened many times today and the past week. Very frustrating with children and isolating. How did you sort it?

In the end Sky replaced the Q box. Been absolutely fine since.
Apparently it was a known issue with early sky Q boxes.
Also, interestingly I was told that when Samsung TV's connect to the internet (smart tv) they can interfere with sky Q connection. I can verify this as well, as they do tend to knock each other off the network occasionally.
If I turn off Wi-Fi on tv there hasn't been this same issue.
