I returned my SkyQ equipment on the 8/1/22 and I have now received text saying I have returned it and I will be charged. I have tried calling but the wait times are hours... I sent in the box by collect+ and have tracking.
Can someone please help me resolve, please. I just want to see the back of SkyTV after such as difficult process to simply cancel the service.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Is this the same blue bubble I am told I need to wait up to 2 hours for a response? Sigh....
no idea what has happened to Sky when it comes to customer services.

Find out moreReplies are not instant as I should imagine they need to look into this but for most other people who have posted the same issue on here, and there have been a lot, it has been sorted out for them so if you can't wait for a reply to get it sorted then you are free to call as the choice is yours.

Iv returned my sky equipment on the 29/01/22 at 12:46pm The tracking number is 44XTYL8 the parcel number is 863D111187176064 i just want to know why i was sent another box
